Teaching Good Leaders Great Skills

How do you lead? How do you present ideas with power and clarity? How do you engage people in meetings that actually end in action? How does being a good listener help you be an effective leader? How do you use your personal leadership style to power your organization, drive your success and impact your volunteer service?
You’ll find answers, insights, and action items at Leadership Education and Development (LEAD): an interactive, hands-on leadership training series that focuses on the skills you need to be an effective communicator, facilitator, and problem solver. LEAD will give you insight into the essence of leadership, help you understand your own leadership strengths, and teach you how to sustain business performance and personal success.
Facilitated by Len Mozzi of Dramatic Difference, LEAD includes two full-day and four half-day sessions that will provide you with practical takeaways on how to work effectively within today’s varied environments. You’ll have a chance to hone the presentation, meeting, listening, and creative problem-solving skills that can help to ensure successful leadership in the workplace and daily life. In addition, the interactive skills training will be complemented by discussions on civic and philanthropic leadership. You will gain knowledge on how to increase your civic engagement and put your leadership skills into practice.
