Keynote Speaker
Thresette Briggs
Thresette Briggsis the Founder and President of Performance 3 LLC, and an Adjunct Faculty member and Curriculum Developer for Indiana Wesleyan University’s School of Business and Leadership. She has a Masters of Business Administration Degree, is certified as a PDI ‘Profilor’ facilitator, is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is an MBA Leadership Coach for Butler University’s School of Business. Thresette is also a certified professional speaker and regularly speaks at conferences, retreats, seminars and workshops.
Utilizing over 20 years of strategic and hands-on Organizational Development experience in executive human resource positions in global Fortune 500 companies with up to 10,000 employees, Ms. Briggs understands the dynamics of organizations in transition. She has partnered with leaders to initiate large scale Organizational Development initiatives by engaging and empowering leaders and teams to facilitate cultures that support high performance, resulting in successful business transformations and turnarounds. Thresette’s industry experience includes non-profit, education, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and customer service.
Thresette is a graduate of the Lacy Leadership Association’s LEAD program, was selected by the Indiana Chamber as a team member for Indiana Vision 2025, has been published in local and international publications, and has won awards and recognition for leadership development, operational excellence, process improvements and quality. She is also a member of Lacy Leadership Association, SHRM, ASTD and NAWBO, Co-Chairs NAWBO’s Circle for Learning and Networking, serves on two non-profit boards, and is an Advisory Board member for Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc.
