The Need for Scholarships: Cultivating the Leadership Pipeline
Leadership is not automatic. There is a need for an organization that grows the human capital necessary to make a difference in a changing leadership landscape. LLA is the organization that influences leaders to make a positive impact on our city.
To ensure a strong leadership pipeline, LLA actively recruits current and future Indianapolis leaders. By offering partial scholarships for SKL, LEAD and Opportunity Indianapolis, securing partnerships with corporations and developing relationships with civic organizations, LLA is uniquely positioned to build the leadership base in Indianapolis.
LLA has provided more than 75 scholarships since 2005. Going forward, and with your support, we aim to provide $10,000 in scholarships each year.
