Lacy Leadership Association is Indianapolis's premier leadership network.

Members are alumni of Leadership Education And Development (LEAD), Opportunity Indianapolis and the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series (SKL).

  • LLA provides a platform for members to address and advance community issues;
  • LLA hosts networking, educational and service events;
  • LLA conducts two annual leadership development programs for community members.

Annual Awards

Every year, LLA selects two members to honor for their significant volunteer contributions.  Nominations are accepted until November 1, and the winners of the following awards will be announced at this year’s Annual Meeting, taking place on November 18.

The Edna B. Lacy Community Service Award honors a member for outstanding civic accomplishments as well as service to Lacy Leadership Association.  This award is given to a member who has exhibited leadership in a variety of community service roles and has served in significant LLA leadership positions.
 
The Margot Lacy Eccles/Lacy Leadership Association Advancement Award recognizes meritorious service and commitment specifically to Lacy Leadership Association. This award is given to a member who has been invaluable in helping Lacy Leadership Association further its mission by implementing successful programs and initiatives, as well as helping to ensure the organization’s continued success.
