Why LEAD?
LEAD participants benefit from this highly interactive, hands-on program designed to teach practical leadership skills while exploring their personal leadership style. This six week program focuses on presentation, meeting and problem solving skills as well as values and visions of leadership.
 
LEAD is unique because it is tailored specifically for supervisors, managers, business owners and anyone passionate about becoming a more effective leader.
 
If you are dedicated to taking your leadership to the next level and driven to become a better leader, you owe it to yourself to participate in this year’s LEAD program!
 
Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible for membership in LLA.

2012 Dates
The LEAD Program is held on six, consecutive Fridays.  The first and last session are whole days, whereas the 4 middle sessions are half days.

Fridays, September 21 - October 26, 2012
  • September 21 - Full Day (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
  • September 28 - Half Day (8 a.m. - noon)
  • October 5 - Half Day (8 a.m. - noon)
  • October 12 - Half Day (8 a.m. - noon)
  • October 19 - Half Day (8 a.m. - noon)
  • October 26 - Full Day (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

$1,000 per participant

Len Mozzi, Lead Facilitator

Professional speaker, trainer and consultant Len Mozzi combines his 20 years of experience as a theater professional with an expertise in creativity to provide a unique perspective on innovation and communication skills. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from Boston University’s School of Theater Arts and is a graduate of the Creative Education Foundation’s Leadership Development Program.

The business world is now his stage. He delivers speeches, coaches individuals and trains business professionals in creative sales and communication techniques and the art and craft of public speaking. Len also developed "The Ten Commandments of Creativity" from his improvisation work and has taught creativity techniques throughout the country. Clients include DuPont, Ryder Trucks, NCAA, Sallie Mae, United Way, Delta Faucets, Eli Lilly and Company and the U.S. Defense Department.
